The role will be responsible for continuously monitoring programme performance, analysing usage and engagement data across locations, identifying gaps and emerging patterns, and understanding the ground-level factors that explain them.
The role sits at the intersection of programme data, field realities and stakeholder coordination, working closely with implementation, data/reporting and impact teams to ensure that insights translate into action, adoption and sustained programme usage.
3. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Pillar 1- Programme Adoption, Engagement & Performance
- Drive adoption, engagement and sustained usage across the programme, with a clear focus on moving from onboarding to active and continued use.
- Monitor adoption and engagement across locations and maintain visibility on active, low-engagement and inactive project locations.
- Identify priority locations requiring intervention and coordinate targeted actions with implementation partners and field teams.
- Track progress against agreed actions and assess whether programme engagement is strengthening over time.
Pillar 2- Data-led Diagnosis & Programme Insights
- Analyse programme usage, engagement and related data to identify patterns, variations, anomalies and emerging programme gaps.
- Investigate the reasons behind identified gaps by combining data with field observations, stakeholder inputs and implementation context.
- Develop data-backed hypotheses and recommendations on where attention, support or intervention is required.
- Translate findings into actionable insights for programme planning, reviews and stakeholder discussions.
- Leverage AI and analytical tools for data modelling, deeper analysis, insight generation and preparation of programme reports and review outputs.
Pillar 3- Ground Engagement & Programme Interventions
- Undertake purposeful field visits across Uttar Pradesh to validate data-led observations and understand ground realities affecting programme adoption and engagement.
- Conduct engagement activities and workshops to support all users in effectively using the application.
- Engage with implementation teams, local stakeholders and programme users to identify operational, behavioural or contextual barriers to usage.
- Coordinate and support interventions based on identified gaps, ensuring that actions are followed through on the ground.
- Bring field insights back into programme recommendations for programme teams and stakeholders.
Pillar 4- Government, Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key programme contact in Lucknow, coordinating with government stakeholders, implementation partners and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication on programme progress, priorities, gaps, interventions and follow-up actions.
- Build working relationships with relevant government and partner stakeholders to enable timely resolution of programme issues and support adoption.
- Represent programme progress, insights and priorities through reviews, meetings and presentations as required.
Pillar 5- Programme Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
- Develop programme reports, reviews and presentations that bring together data, field insights, interventions and progress.
- Present programme performance and key findings to relevant government and partner stakeholders.
- Work closely with implementation, operations, data/reporting and impact teams to ensure identified issues move from insight to action.
- Maintain clear follow-through on agreed actions, escalating issues requiring senior intervention and supporting continuous programme improvement.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Education, Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Management or a related field. (Relevant programme experience and demonstrated ability may be considered alongside formal qualifications.)
